Hawaiian Chicken Wings

2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ginger -- ground
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 cup onions -- chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
6 ounces pineapple juice

Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint. Combine remaining
ingredients. Marinate chicken wings for at least 24 hours. Preheat oven
to 375. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm.
